Heeling Hearts is pleased to offer Canine Good Citizen™ training and certification opportunities by appointment in our Wilmington, North Carolina location. Since the program began back in the 1980s, over 1 million pets and owners have become certified on 10 basic skills that seek to build confidence and good manners.
